Has anyone suffering from chronic cluster headaches found that the affected eye has deteriorated long term vision? I have had an eye test and my affected eye now has much worse vision than the other eye. It may just be a coincidence.

I have AMD but its in the opposite eye to my attack side.  So I don't think it's related.  Did your optician/optometrist do a scan of the back of the eye?

For years my non-affected eye has been the dominant eye, which I just assumed was because that eye didn't get attacks.  But my non affected eye has lost considerable visual acuity -for reasons not headache related - and the vision in the attack-side eye has not changed.  No scan has shown any connection between my vision and the clusters - though doing a field test with the cluster-affected eye has always been difficult.
