I dont know if anyone can assist me but after having a few issues with deliveries and also the request for a larger demand valve mask for over 12 months to be told there is not one available, hopefully good news Baywater are supposed to be supplying a larger mask at the clients request.
Are there any members especially in the Yorkshire and Humberside area that have requested a larger or smaller mask and also am I the only person to be having problems with deliveries especially since there 7 day service was started up.
After my latest delivery arrived at 12.20am and running near empty on oxygen I was far from imprest and according to my response from Baywater I am a minority with deliveries and no one has requested a larger mask apart from myself.
I would appreciate any feedback anyone would like to give me please to see if it is just me or is this in general as I have taken the matter up with Baywater and my local CCG.
