i just wanted to say a big thank you to all the Ouch team and all the experts for a great informative day.
also a big thank you to the other sufferers I spoke to, hearing your story's I fell I am a very lucky person having pain free remission for 10 years until now (im in week 10 of current cycle), you are all amazing.
hope to see you all again and may be ouch and Peter can start looking at why there's a few of us that get long remmision periods?
Well I'm getting ready to abseil of Blackpool the big one roller coaster for charity (The ABF) here goes lol.

Tim I got to meet quite a few members in Liverpool, it was lovely. I'm glad you enjoyed the day. I too get longer remissions (not 10 years though!) since I got older. I'm finding that longer remission = longer bout. Back in remission now though. Hope you've finished your cycle by now.

Hi Dorothy
glad you in remission, I'm still in cycle but very low, getting level 2 to 4, but the shadows are always there but don't cause an issue, if it does I just take a Maxalt melt (Rizatriptan) and it reliefs it.
