Gamma Core

Hi all

Has anyone tried the Gamma Core device and if so what was the experience? I have been using one recently both as preventative and abortive measures. I think it speaks for itself for me that if preventive worked I wouldn't need to try it as an abortive. We are all different and I wondered if anyone else had used one and had a better experience.

Our members have been taking part in a trial at the Royal Free, which has now ended and we await the results to see if this is going to be a viable treatment for CH.  Anecdotally the results are mixed.  Several of our members use Gammacore.

I was asked recently if I wanted to give Gamma Core a try. My last bout of clusters was brought on by me trying to reduce the dosage of Verapamil I take,  in hindsight the worst thing I could have done. Now I'm back to my usual dose of 480mg per day all is well again. Not really tempted to try Gamma Core as a preventive but I may reconsider as an abortive if and when the beast returns.
