Cluster Headache during COVID-19/Brexit

Hello.

It might not happen ... but I'm due to experience a cluster at the beginning of 2021 (for the last couple of cycles, they've appeared during the first week of the year on alternate years ... though haven't always been like this).

How are people finding their access to a) oxygen and b) Sumatriptan injections?

Hmm.  It's very quiet here.  Have people been able to access medication/oxygen readily?

Hi David,

I've just taken delivery of my oxygen which was ordered about 4.30pm yesterday.  I'm in the East Anglia region and it doesn't appear to be affected here.  I have been getting shadows for the last couple of weeks so know a cluster bout is imminent.  I think I have to get my Consultant to set the wheels in motion for my Verapimil, as my GP is a bit unknowledgable about clusters and their treatment, so hoping there isn't any delay getting the meds but will let you know if I experience any (not on injections anymore).

Hope you aren't finding too many issues.

Cheers, Karen

Hi Karen

As far as I'm aware there are no problems with either oxygen supply or sumatriptan supplies, I've been putting in my repeat scrips and ordering oxygen with no problems.
